If a new hire does not work out, we will replace them free of charge for the set number of days as above. Assessment & Selection: We assess the capabilities of the candidates through rigorous evaluation to ensure they possess the necessary skills and are a good cultural fit. We hold a pre-qualified database of candidates who have completed DISC assessment for rapid hiring needs too.

Offer & Onboard: We can handle negotiations and offer management on your behalf and can provide support through the onboarding process to maximise your candidate and company satisfaction from the onboarding experience.
