We work on a retained basis, with an upfront search fee that is credited against the final placement fee. That means we can properly brief the role, actively search the market and focus on finding the capability you need rather than simply sending more CVs.
Straightforward pricing
Our PAYG recruitment fee is 20% of the successful candidate’s basic salary.
We take a £998 + VAT upfront search fee, which is credited against the final placement fee when you hire.
If your hiring needs grow and you decide a Recruitment Partnership makes more sense, we can move the commercial arrangement across rather than starting again.
